To administer the certification authority on another computer
- Log on to the system as a Certification Authority Administrator of the remote CA.
- Open Certification Authority.
- On the Action menu, click Retarget Certification Authority.
- Click Another computer and type the name of the computer.

As an alternate way to manage a CA on another computer, perform the following steps:

Log on to the system as an Administrator.

Click Start, click Run, type mmc, and then click OK.

On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in. Click Add.

In Snap-in, double-click Certification Authority.

Click Another computer and type the name of the computer.
